Call for papers for the 18th Spanish Passivhaus Conference is open!

We are pleased to announce that the Call for Papers for the 18th Spanish Passive House Conference (18CEPH), which will take place in Logroño (La Rioja), is now open until 1st April 2026.

Terms of submission:

  1. There will be a single evaluation round for proposals, and you will be required to answer two specific questions about the paper (see the presentation template).
  2. If your proposal is of at an introductory level, very short in duration or simple in nature, please do not hesitate to send it. There is also a space for you at the CEPH.
  3. If your project is small-scale, such as a single-family home, please only tell us about the most interesting or noteworthy aspects. The scale of the project has not been a significant factor in its evaluation, provided the proposal highlights relevant aspects or makes a valuable contribution.

Format and length:

The full article must be sent filling in the template provided with a minimum extension of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages (images included).

The file format must be Word (.doc)

The file name must follow this structure: “18CEPH_NAME_SURNAME_ARTICLE TITLE”.

Other considerations:

We are looking for articles and technical presentations of a didactic, non-commercial nature, otherwise Plataforma PEP reserves the right to modify it or NOT PUBLISH IT. Make sure of the message you want to convey in your communication and try not to list collaborating companies and/or manufacturers.

Remember that prior basic-level explanations on Passivhaus principles or similar are not necessary.

The guidelines and mandatory sections are an essential requirement. The Plataforma PEP reserves the right to reject the presentation until the article and its .ppt have been reviewed and approved.
